3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and be at least 16 years of age. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying expansion limits. Key billing terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your account settings
• We may modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions
• Unused expansions do not roll over to the next billing period

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malware or prompts designed to manipulate AI systems

6. AI-Generated Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by ReasonMe. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service. You may use AI-generated outputs for your personal or business purposes.

8. Third-Party AI Providers

Our Service uses third-party AI providers to process prompts. By using the Service, you agree to comply with their usage policies:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReasonMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

11. Dispute Resolution
